Win a CASH 5 prize just by matching 2, 3, 4 or 5 numbers from a 1 through 37 numbers. All prizes are paid in one lump-sum payment including the top prize.
Each CASH 5 playslip has 5 play boards (A through E), you may play 1 or all of the 5 play boards. Each play board costs $1, for each panel of play:

- Select 5 numbers ranging from 1 through 37 on each play board you choose to play or choose QUICK Pick to have your numbers automatically chosen for you.
- If you find that you've made a mistake on a play board mark the "Void" box under the corresponding play board.
- For easy convenience you can play your CASH 5 numbers for up to 12 drawings in advance. Mark "Multi-Draw" under the corresponding playcard this will play your numbers you have chosen for the number of drawings you selected. Multi-Draw May be combined with the Advanced Play feature. Each play costs $1.
- For Advance Play choose what day you want to start playing your CASH 5 numbers. You can choose any five drawings immediately following the current draw.
- Give your completed playslip and payment to the retailer. You will receive back a ticket printed with your numbers, the draw date(s) and the value of each played panel. Please check your ticket before you leave the store. You are responsible for the accuracy of your ticket.
